Selection of training
Located in the heart of the revolutionary Paris, in the middle of the triangle Bastille, République and Nation places. Le Conservatoire du Maquillage is a private professional school specialized in makeup and hairstyle historic and artistic, open from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
We are offering you variable duration trainings according to your needs and the makeup techniques you want to learn. At each end of training, the student’s skills are evaluated by the teaching staff and outside professionals, chosen in line with the test thesis; every trimester. After knowledge validation, a final diploma will be delivered.

Information on trainings
To join Le Conservatoire du Maquillage you have to follow 3 steps:
- Ask for a brochure online to receive by email or mail the full presentation of the school.
- Contact us by phone +33 140 020 962 or email at contact@cdm-paris.com to fix an appointment with the board of directors. This appointment will permit us to estimate your motivation, rigor and your knowledge to be sure your profile matches our requirement level.
- The board of directors reserves the right to accept or refuse applications. Subject to acceptation, if you want to enroll you will have to send us your registration form filled up accompanied by a reservation check.
- All of our makeup classes are filmed and broadcasted on LCD screen in HD.
- All makeup, created by students, has to be photographed. We are providing a numeric reflex camera, wallpapers, projectors as well as a photographer on schedule. Students are receiving their photos every half trimester on a USB key.
- Internships are found by Le Conservatoire du Maquillage and are part of the training. They are evaluated as classes and followed by the educational leadership in relation with the person responsible of the student during the internship. Our references.
- A library of specialized and historical works is helping in the preparation of classes and in the creative process of students.
For the trainings of 6 and 9 months, Le Conservatoire du Maquillage includes a kit composed of 32 brushes and makeup products from different brands (MAC, Make Up Forever, Kryolan …). For the other trainings, we are offering the same kit at a professional price (800€).
The renewal of this kit is not covered by Le Conservatoire du Maquillage.

For the other makeup classes:
Makeup products and materials have to be bought by the student, a list of supplies is given by the time of the registration.
Airbrush class:
The Conservatory provides compressor and airbrush (equipment loaned under the student’s responsibility).
Hairstyling training:
Material is covered by the student. A supplies list is delivered when the student confirms his/her enrollment in the hairstyling classes.
People from foreign countries are asked to pay their training upfront
